Terms of Use

Last updated: July 28, 2026. By using Ludemap you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Ludemap is a shared trip planner: a live map, day-by-day plan, notes, tasks, chat, and optional AI-assisted edits. Features may change. We do not provide bookings, payments to venues or hotels, travel insurance, or guaranteed travel advice. Separately, Ludemap may charge subscription fees for optional paid plans (see “Paid plans and billing” below).

Accounts and guests

You may use Ludemap signed in or as a guest. You are responsible for activity under your session and for content you add. Keep invite links controlled — anyone with a link may view or edit depending on how the trip is shared.

Paid plans and billing

Ludemap Free remains available with plan limits published on the Pricing page. Ludemap Pro (or other paid plans we offer) is an optional paid subscription. Plan features, limits, and prices may change; the Pricing page and checkout reflect the current offer. Some paid features may be waitlist-only or not yet generally available.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By starting a paid plan you authorize recurring charges at the then current price until you cancel. Taxes may apply where required. Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe; Ludemap does not store your full card number.

You can cancel a subscription through the Stripe customer portal or account billing controls when available. If cancellation is set to take effect at the end of the billing period, paid access continues until that period ends. Canceling a plan stops future charges; it does not automatically delete your account or trip data. Deleting your account is a separate request (see Privacy and Contact).

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly agree otherwise (for example after a billing error). Chargebacks and disputes are handled under Stripe’s and your card issuer’s processes. Joining a Pro waitlist is not a purchase and does not create a billing obligation.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, harass others, spam invites, scrape at abusive rates, or upload unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend access that threatens the product or other users.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Ludemap a license to host, display, and process that content to operate the shared trip (including showing it to collaborators you invite). AI features may transform content you submit into editable trip state.

Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is.” Trip plans, map data, and AI suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for real-world travel decisions. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ludemap is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
